| The general function of
the Office of Student & Alumni Affairs is to provide
programs, services and support to approximately 150
second, third, and fourth-year medical students to promote
their progress in obtaining their medical degree and
a residency program, and foster their professional development.
In addition, the office maintains relationships with
over 1200 alumni to facilitate their participation in
college activities.
Within the department, there are four major areas:
student affairs, alumni affairs, residency resources
and academic support services. The department consists
of the Assistant Dean for Student & Alumni Affairs,
the Director of Student & Alumni Programs, and three
Program Administrative Assistants.
