Topics: Chemical and hormonal carcinogenesis in the mammary
gland of female SD rats and ACI rats. Breast cancer
prevention at the intiation stage with natural products including
Tahitian Noni juice, MSM, herbs and other significant natural
products. DNA adducts induced by chemical carcinogens,
cigarette smoke, female hormones, lipid peroxides and malondialdehyde
in animals. DNA adduct detection in target tissues of
patients with breast, lung, pancreatic and endometrial cancer
by a highly sensitive technique: 32P- postlabeling assay.
